Religious Education

Religious Education classes are offered for students in pre-kindergarten through 5th grade who do not attend All Souls Catholic School or another Catholic school in the area. These classes use the Word of Life curriculum, and it challenges the students to know God in a deeper way. Each teacher works with the students to not only give them the knowledge of our Faith, but they also work with the students to develop a deeper understanding of their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If you are interested in the Religious Education program here at All Souls and would like to know more, please contact Mark Evevard at mevevard@allsoulscatholic.org or 303.789.0007 ext 2707.

  • This wavier is to inform you about a special class that will be taught as part of your child's regular religious education curriculum. This class aims to teach children how to be safe, protect themselves, and communicate any potential danger. In the Church's desire to help you keep your children safe, the Archdiocese require that all children and young people participating in religious education in any parish or Catholic school in the Archdiocese to be offered instruction in protecting themselves and communicating potential danger to a parent or other responsible adult. The Archdiocese, in order to comply with an instruction by the Catholic Bishops of the United States, offered this class annually to children in Catholic schools and religious educations programs. This instruction will take place during the regular religious education class time. I will notify all families when that date is set for the Safe Training Class. We will be using a program called "Protecting God's Children, Teaching Safety - Empowering God's Children" through VIRTUS. This program is available to access; if you would like to know more, please reach out to me.
