Fathers of All Souls: Please join us the weekend of October 24–26 at Mother Cabrini Shrine for our inaugural Fathers’ Challenge Weekend!
Why a Challenge?
This “challenge” weekend is designed for men who often need a push to deepen their faith lives, both for themselves and for those they lead spiritually. Organized by fellow parish dads, this weekend offers a chance to reflect, engage with other fathers, and embrace the challenge to grow in the most important role of your life.
Why Should I Attend:
- Reflect: Connect with other dads and explore your role.
- Grow: Engage in talks, reflections, and exercises designed to enhance your fatherhood skills.
- Faith: Deepen your relationship with God.
What to Expect
- A community of fathers eager to strengthen their faith together
- Engaging talks, activities, and reflections led by fellow fathers, aimed at improving both faith leadership and parenting skills
- Weekend schedule includes Mass, Confession availability and personal reflection time.
Outcome
We hope that each participant will experience a revitalized spiritual life, marked by greater deliberateness and intentionality. May you gain a clearer understanding of the Lord’s desires for you, make new commitments to growing in virtues, and better integrate your spiritual aspirations with your roles as sons of God, husbands, fathers, friends, and citizens. Our aim is for everyone to seek deeper spiritual meaning and cultivate a more meaningful relationship with God.
