Values

We’re unapologetically Catholic, but our teachers are diverse and can hail from other Christian traditions as well. We know God always meets us exactly where we are. Inspired by the life of Jesus, our educators find and develop goodness in every child, and in each other.

Colleagues

Whether it’s your first year, or your fifteenth, camaraderie with your coworkers is important. All Souls educators are accomplished, driven, passionate and supportive teammates. We are our best because we enjoy working together.

Flexibility

We are held to a high standard, set by decades of excellence in education. Our educators creatively instruct well beyond what is required. It’s you classroom and your students. We understand that, and your autonomy is a professional priority.

Support

Present leadership, collaborative and encouraging staff, engaged parents and families, and decades of accomplished and proud alumni: We have your back. Teachers of All Souls benefit from the grace and support of an active, service-minded community.

Class Size

No two students are alike. We get it. Our “right-sized” classes make your job easier. Our preschool maintains an average of eight students to one teacher. For our K–8 grade school, educators instruct an average of eighteen students per classroom with the help of an assistant.

Safety

Our classrooms are safe places for discussion and critical thinking; environments to grow and succeed, to fall and get back up. Campus buildings, spaces and school safety procedures are consistently enhanced with support from an established and dedicated security fund.

If you would like to learn more about being a part of the All Souls family, we want to hear from you. We’re always proud to share our school and blessed to add to our team! All positions, preschool through 8th grade.
